Conduct market research to gain insights into your customers' preferences and needs. This is more than just a quantitative analysis. Consider asking those for qualitative feedback as well. That means reaching out to returning customers.. This information will help you create a brand personality that connects with your audience on a deeper level.

Collaborate with Influencers and Partners

Partnering with influencers and like-minded brands can amplify your brand's visibility and credibility.

Identify influencers who align with your brand values and have a strong presence in your target market. In other words, find people who have clout. Even if it's not someone that is super famous, I’m sure you know someone who has a couple of thousands of followers on instagram. Start there, and as you grow, your budget will too, that's when you can pull in the more “instagram famous” type of people.

At Veii, we were lucky to collaborate with friends from Ike’s (the founder), college football team the University of Maryland. He has worked alongside Ty Johnson, former running back of the New York Jets, and John Johnson (JJ3) of the Cleveland Browns, to name a few. However, connecting with people outside of your immediate circle is always a good look when it comes to partnerships and collaborations.

Collaborate on social media campaigns, product launches, or events to reach a wider audience. Seek strategic partnerships with complementary brands to cross-promote and tap into new customer segments.
