What is a Pump Cover?
A pump cover is a heavyweight and/or oversized shirt that helps you warm up quicker when working out. As you start to warm up in your reps, you’ll start to see that your muscles may begin to look bigger than usual due to a boost of flowing fluids like lactic acid or blood to your muscles.
